Keywords are an important factor of producing a website and getting traffic. These are the terms which the search engines use to categorize and rank your webpages. For example, if your website is about “traffic building” then your keywords could include traffic, building traffic, website traffic, and so forth.
After reading this article and using the knowledge at hand you will see why your web pages might not be ranking high in the search engines and contrary to what you have learned in search engine optimization in the past.
The decision from many web designers and search engine optimizers has been to find as many keywords as you can. They inform you to search for keywords using a kind of online tools and software programs which can uncover primary keywords. At first this seems attractive, but it actually defies any reasoning.
Let’s take a look at the aim of the search engine. It’s job is to find pages that meet the detail search word that a web surfer has typed in. The more focused the pages it serves up that meet the search term, the better it is for users. search engines must be as accurate as possible in delivering the right things to their users. Otherwise the web surfer goes somewhere else.
Now, visualize you are a search engine algorithm – the mathematical string which calculates the probability of any web page matching the search word typed in. If the page has hundreds, or thousands of keywords you’ll be a baffled. For example, is this web page about ‘article writing’, or is it about ‘feature writing for journalists’. They are different things. You’ll end up realizing the page is pertinent but not that pertinent. So you end up ranking the page down the list.
But what if the page only has the keyword ‘article writing’ and many times. You’re absolutely positive the page is about article writing and so you rank it higher.
Admittedly, it’s not quite as simple as that. But this is the notion of search engine technology. It is searching to find the most pertinent pages that meet the search term you enter.
What this means for Internet marketers is that you must separate pages for each keyword. Focus each page on each individual keyword. Use the keyword in headings, sub-headings, the page text, the page title tag and in the meta tags. Evade having pages which have numerous keywords as that simply confuses the search engines and lowers your rankings.
So overlook the belief that hundreds or thousands of keywords rank your pages high. Go for pages that meet single keywords and you will find your page will increase in traffic.
This ploy also works for Google AdWords. Each advert should employ just a handful of keywords – you get much better click through and cheaper advertising when you only have a few select keywords per advertisement. If you have hundreds of keywords you’ll find you’ll get better results by having keyword relevant ads and not having one advertisement with hundreds of keywords.
So go against the opinion of having your pages filled with keywords…Go with keyword specific pages to rank high.
As I stated in the first part of this article you might be surprised by the outcome.
Most web marketers have learned the old school way of building web pages filled with keywords that probably look like spam to the search engines. And you can be certain if they are seen that way, your pages will be lost in the millions of pages indexed by search engines everyday for surfers and prospective buyers looking for your product or service.

Do you plan events for the corporate world like product launches, conferences, seminars, etc? If so, check out these seven practices of successful event planners.
It’s easy to dismiss these points thinking they’re trivial. I thought so too, once. I learnt better when I had events come apart because I chose to ignore these simple guidelines.
#1: Ensure that information flows freely across your team
You rarely do event planning in isolation. You’ll almost always have a team of people to whom you’ve delegated various responsibilities.
It’s very easy to make assumptions that everyone knows what the event is all about and how what they’re doing ties in with what everyone else is doing. Both assumptions can be totally incorrect.
At the very beginning of the event planning effort, take the time to share your event’s objective and your overall plan for executing it with every single one of your team members. It’s best to get them all together to do this explaining.
On an ongoing basis, have regular meetings to assess the progress so that everyone is aware of all aspects of the event.
#2: Double check on speakers and all other performers
Sometimes, you come across events where the main speaker delivers his message wonderfully well, except that what he said had nothing to do with the purpose of the event!
Network with other event planners, find out who would be a good speaker for the event you’re planning. Someone might be an excellent speaker for one event, but not necessarily for another.
Ask the speaker for references. Find out as much as you can from those references. Ask them how many times they’ve heard him speak. What did they like about his performance? What did they not like? Do they have any particular relationship with the speaker (which might color their opinion)?
#3: Do detailed planning with a timeline
To attempt to organize a big event in a haphazard manner is to flirt with disaster. You must have a written schedule of all pre-event tasks, with specific dates for completion and specific persons responsible for completing them.
That may sound very basic, but this is one of the things that cause events to fail.
#4: Read the fine print, know all details
As an event planner, you may be exposing yourself to serious financial and other risk if you are not entirely familiar with all aspects of the event.
That includes all contracts you sign, all written instructions, orders and more. Since you are the event planner, you’re expected to be the expert on all these areas.
#5: Have a crystal clear purpose for the event
Have you attended a seminar where the topic was too broad and the speakers seemed to talk all around the topic in a disconnected fashion? That’s what happens when you lack clarity of purpose about the event.
Is the event meant to be a strategic planning retreat for top management? Is it a seminar to bring medical professionals up-to-date on developments in a specialized field?
If it is a product launch, exactly what outcome is the event expected to achieve?
Only when you and your team know the core objectives can you organize a focused event that meets those goals.
#6: Purchase event insurance
Think through what could disrupt your event and what your liabilities would be in such a case.
Disruptions can include strikes, natural calamities, speakers not showing up, drastically reduced attendance and more. Figure out the monetary and legal consequences. And get insurance to cover it.
#7: Triple-check everything
This is one of the most useful planning mottos you can think of.
Someone may have promised you three months ago that they’ll serve exotic Japanese snacks at high tea. Closer to event date but sufficiently in advance, check again to make sure they remember the commitment.
They have many other things to do and may have completely forgotten what they said months ago!
That’s why you need to triple-check everything as you go along.
These straightforward guidelines can save you endless trouble if you’re planning and organizing events. Make them a part of your way of working.

The right diet pill should be carefully considered when deciding how much weight you are looking to lose. More importantly, it is necessary to consider how you will keep the weight off once your targeted weight is achieved. It should be no surprise that the health industry is a multi-billion dollar market place. After all, this is the age of automation, remote controls, fast food, and fast lifestyles. As a result, a variety of Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech, and Natural Development companies are spending hundreds of millions of dollars on research and development each year. Until recently, much of the emphasis on the research was being put on weight loss and not so much on weight control.
Researchers are now understanding the demand shift to a weight control product. An effective weight control product will contain weaker weight loss properties. The effect is a light weight loss product that focuses mainly on weight control. There are few on the market today but the best ones are those that are made up of all natural ingredients and can be purchased over the counter or online.
After trying out a handful of best picks, our favorite is a product by the name of Nite Trim. It’s offered through a company called Natural Diet Systems and can be found at www.NaturalDietSystems.com. They even give you a 30 day supply just for trying it. We have found this to be most effective and safest because of it’s careful mixture of all natural ingredients. It actually burns fat while you sleep by slightly boosting your metabolism. In addition to the fat burning properties, it acts as a detoxifier and has a ton of other preventative maintenance benefits which are described in detail on their website.

Many times someone will have a good idea for a new business or innovation, perhaps an invention then as they do research they realize someone else already thought of it and in fact are already selling it. But they never heard of it until they checked on the Internet to see. But you must ask yourself why didn’t they know about it; well, probably because who ever is doing it is not marketing their product of service very well.
Recently a business-marketing student came up with a new innovation for the carwash sector. To recycle the waste wash-water and recycle and reuse it for landscaping, pressure washing the property and even flushing the toilets. Paul Chavis, our brilliant and out side the box thinker then after seeing such systems already existed she stated; “But I guess it really has been thought of already.”
Paula, well indeed it has, as it is an excellent application of course. But being first to market is a positive factor in a business, but it is not necessarily as important as you might think in business. For instance read this:

In my business career I have been first to market several times and also have taken market share rather easily being tenth to market, but executing the marketing plan better. You do not have to be first to market to win market share in a competitive business environment so please remember this lesson. Consider all this in 2006.

So many small business owners – especially those who work from home – are very pressed for time. After all, as an independent professional, you must wear the hats of: accountant, salesperson, customer service representative, marketing manager, distribution manager, tax professional, and countless others. While you may need help desperately, you probably think you can’t afford to hire someone. The truth be known, you can actually SAVE money by using an assistant.
Think of it this way. How do you make your money? Providing a product? Offering a service? Soliciting memberships? Regardless, you have to DO something (promote the product, perform the service, solicit the membership) to get that money. When you must be all things to all people, it takes valuable time away from the one thing that brings in cash for you. Hiring an assistant can free you up to make more money.
Here’s an example:
Let’s say you spend 10 hours a week on actual moneymaking ventures. Your average income in one week is $1,000. You spend the other 30 hours per week answering emails, doing bookkeeping, providing customer service support, and so on. If you could delegate many of the duties that don’t absolutely require your attention to an assistant, you could devote possibly 20 more hours to making money. That would give you 30 hours a week to make money and only 10 hours per week to do other things.
Don’t think you can afford an assistant? Oh, sure you can! Virtual Assistants perform a wide range of duties at very reasonable rates. They work via phone, email, fax, and postal mail rather than being a full-time employee of your business. This way, you only pay for the services you need.
Let’s say you DO hire a Virtual Assistant. He/she works 20 hours week for a rate of $35 per hour. That equals $700. On the other hand, YOU spend those 20 hours a week making more money. That would give you an additional $2,000 per week (using the same example above). You would actually make MORE money ($1,300 more) hiring a Virtual Assistant than you would doing it all yourself.
Where do you find good Virtual Assistants? You can search the Web, ask your business associates for recommendations, or check out some of the Virtual Assistant (VA) directories online such as http://www.assistu.com. I highly recommend http://www.kesslerva.com.
Whoever you choose, make sure they have experience performing the duties you want to delegate. Also, be sure they allow hourly work without contracts (at least in the beginning) so that you can get a feel for how he/she does business.
Virtual Assistants can free you up to do what you do best, make money. This is a very affordable alternative to running yourself ragged, and trying to do everything yourself. After all, isn’t one of the perks of being a business owner supposed to be more freedom?!

Everyone has them, we all wear them, and, chances are, we own several different types. What exactly is this item? Well, it’s a shirt. Whether it’s a polo shirt, a t-shirt, or even a fun bowling shirt, the shirt is very popular. They’ve been around for a very long time, and modern versions have been in existence since the early 1900’s.
Many types of shirts are in existence today. One of the most popular is the polo shirt.
Polo shirts are typically thought to be named for designer Ralph Lauren, whose Polo line is quite popular. However, that is not so. The polo shirt is a knitted, pullover-style, sport shirt that features a rolled collar and bottoms at the neck.
They are usually made from 100% cotton. You can find them in other varieties of knot such as Pique, Interlock, and Lisle.
Similar to the standard polo shirt is the rugby style. It looks much like a polo, however buttons can be replaced by a zipper and broad stripes are usually present in the shirt’s design.
Another popular design is the T-shirt. The T-shirt came to be in the early 20 th century, and since has become a wardrobe staple.
The American T-Shirt began during WWI when troops saw European soldiers wearing the comfortable, lightweight, cotton undergarment on hot days. Since American soldiers wore heavy wool uniforms, they quickly caught on and became known as the ‘T’ shirts, or T-shirts are we call them today.
T-shirt officially became a word in the 1920’s when it was included in the Merriam-Webster dictionary. And, by WWII, the Navy and Army had included them as part of standard issue underwear.
From there its popularity grew and the T-shirt was no longer thought of as just an undershirt. Actors such as John Wayne, Marlon Brando, and James Dean wore them as regular shirts. By 1955, it was even considered to be ok to wear by itself without another shirt covering it.
Over the years T-shirts have evolved even further.
In the 60’s the tie dye T-shirt became popular. Screenprints were also fashionable. In fact, advances in printing and dying paved the way for other forms of the T-shirt such as the tank top, muscle shirt, scoop neck, V-neck, and also many others.
Since T-shirts were so inexpensive, they were used to make a statement. Band and professional sporting teams began printing their logos on T-shirts, which became hot merchandise for their fans.
During both the 1980’s and 90’s, T-shirts became even more popular. Types of print, as well as availability, increased. Today you’d be hard-pressed to look in someone’s closets or drawers and not find at least one.
Today T-shirts can be found just about anywhere. You can buy them plain, printed, or, thanks to different companies on and off the web, you can even customize your own.
T-shirts are often found in a person’s wardrobe because it is fashionable, comfortable, and, best of all, affordable. Polo shirts are also a popular wardrobe staple because its classic look works with so many different styles.

See which lenders are charging fees 11 percent and for how much. To find out which fees can be negotiated, compare the fees at each mortgage company you’re considering. Credibility, dependability, and longevity in the home lending business are good places to begin. But others will claim low rates to bring in customers or tell you that the rates 4 percent offered by competitors will change.
Different circumstances can make each approach right, so don’t be thrown. While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is evidence of a debt of 3 percent. See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property. Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately. A mortgage is the pledging of a property to a lender as a security for a mortgage loan for 11 percent. Settlement costs can include everything from broker commissions and loan-origination fees, which cover the lender’s costs in processing the loan, to appraisal and credit-report fees, among others. Different lenders charge different fees.
In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans 8 percent secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged. Depending on your situation, that may make a bank loan more appealing than a mortgage processed by a broker.
Some will quote you precise, competitive rates 6 percent. And of course, each loan and each borrower are different. It is a transfer of an interest in land, from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner of the real estate when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed.
In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower. Although most mortgage experts say that rates 5 percent are pretty much the same wherever you go, give or take this tiny 11 percentage. Many of these fees are fixed but some can be negotiated.
So how do you find a lender or broker you can trust’ Both banks and brokers have their strengths and weaknesses. Start with credibility. It’s not easy to know if the prices quoted by lenders are reliable. Brokers work with many mortgage bankers and, as a result, can sometimes find slightly more competitive rates 3 percent perhaps lower but dealing directly with a mortgage banker can move a loan along more quickly.

What is an ITIN?
Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) is a tax processing number issued by the Internal Revenue Service. Individuals who are required to have a U.S. taxpayer identification number but who do not have, and are not eligible to obtain a Social Security Number (SSN) from the Social Security Administration (SSA), may apply and obtain ITIN issued by the IRS.
ITINs are issued regardless of immigration status because both resident and nonresident aliens may have U.S. tax return and payment responsibilities under the Internal Revenue Code. To be eligible for ITIN, Individuals must have a filing requirement and file a valid federal income tax return
What is the format of ITIN?
It is a nine-digit number that always begins with the number 9 and has a 7 or 8 in the fourth digit, example 9XX-7X-XXXX.
What is an ITIN used for?
ITINs are for tax reporting only, and are not intended to serve any other purpose. ITIN does not authorize work in the U.S. or provide eligibility for Social Security benefits or the Earned Income Tax Credit
Who needs an ITIN?
IRS issues ITINs to non-US-residents (foreign nationals) and others who have federal tax reporting or filing requirements and do not qualify for SSNs. These cases may include the following scenarios:
• Non-resident alien filing a U.S. tax return and not eligible for an SSN
• Non-resident alien member of a U.S. LLC (Limited Liability Company)
• U.S. resident alien (based on days present in the United States) filing a U.S. tax return and not eligible for an SSN
• Dependent or spouse of a U.S. citizen/resident alien
• Dependent or spouse of a non-resident alien visa holder
Tax ID Number – How To Apply?
1. Print the form at the following link (one for each family member for which you are asking tax ID number):
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw7.pdf

INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE
PHILADELPHIA SERVICE CENTER
ITIN UNIT
PO BOX 447

Make sure you try love making with Sex Toys from Sex Bomb, home to sex toys.
There are a wide range of toys available on the market and the biggest sellers have always been rabbit vibrators. Luckily if women become shy about obtaining martial toys women might now observe reputable martial toy stores online. And the sexual aids are delivered next day usually. When males are using sexy toys it can help to use sex lubricants to help ease sensual aids in. Girls can buy fruity lubes in all sexy flavours. My fav is strawberry. One must forever make sure that after using a sex toy that you clean it. By cleaning your sexy toy you make sure you keep odour levels small. The fabulous thing about toys is females can use them by themselves and with their girlfriend.
