ISearch Bags CODiE Award Nomination for Intelius
Last March 2009, top information provider Intelius Inc. was named a finalist in 24th Annual CODiE awards, hosted annually by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA).
Founded January 2003 and headquartered in Bellevue, WA, Intelius Inc. specializes in providing both individuals and businesses alike with key information including, but not limited to, people searches and background and criminal record checks. Famous for delivering fast, precise, and comprehensive expert-assisted reports at the click of a mouse button, Intelius has been described by customers as “a very effective tool to make important decisions,” allowing one Washington customer to run “quick, accurate background checks” she believes to be invaluable. Besides people search services, Intelius also offers the award-winning IDWatch, which closely monitors a customer’s identity-related information so as to prevent identity theft. Furthermore, Intelius’ services, especially those dealing with background checks, are highly recommended by the National Child Safety Foundation.
Intellius’ recently launched free of charge, easy to use people search tool, iSearch, has qualified Intelius for the “Best Online Directory & Business Leads Service” category. Intelius’ latest offering allows users to search for data regarding individuals gleaned from sources both online and offline, such as public record data, professional data, social networking data, news sites, and blogs.
“We’re honored the CODiE judges recognize the niche this product fills in the directory and people search space,” said Intellius founder and CEO Naveen Jain. Based in the United States since the late 70s, Naveen Jain, a man known for his rigorous work ethic, had spent seven years as a Microsoft executive prior to founding Intellius. Also, Naveen Jain is famous for having ranked at 121 in Forbes’ 400 Richest Americans in 2000.
